Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose – The great National Hero and Indian freedom fighter was born in 23rd January 1897. He played a critical role in India’s Independence. Inspired by Swami Vivekananda Netaji Subhas was a patriot since childhood. He ranked 4th in Civil Service Examination. But he refused to work under British. He came back to India and participated in India’s freedom fight against British. He was the president of Indian National Congress in 1938-1939. But he was removed from Party for differences with Mahatma Gandhi. He then established All India Forward Bloc party. He led Indian National Army(Azad Hind Fauz) and march towards India from Japan to evict British. His slogan “Dilli Chalo” and “Give me blood, and I shall give you freedom!” will always be remembered by every Indian. He will always be adored by every Indian for his contribution in India’s freedom.
